The HDMI with TRUE 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) 18Gbit support OVER CAT5e/CAT6 is designed to carry HDMI signals over longer distances beyond the capability of standard HDMI cables. It extends video over the cost-effective Cat5e/CAT6 cables (1 ONLY cable required). Power over cable is also supported, powering from either end with a single power supply. Using a SINGLE CAT5E or CAT6 (solid core recommended) networking cable, this product will support TRUE 4K@60Hz/18Gb up to 164ft - and 4K@30Hz/10.2Gb to 200 feet. This HDMI extender also supports IR (infra-red) pass-through allowing for device control, and 1 HDMI loop output. This extender supports the newer HDCP 2.2 (as well as downward compatible to HDCP 1.4). The circuit supports PoC (Power over Cable) allowing the convenient use of a SINGLE power supply at either the transmitter OR receiver end.
